Iveric Bio (the “Company”) was named in two shareholder derivative actions, Pacheco v. Guyer, et al., No. 18-cv-7999 (S.D.N.Y.) and Ferber, et al. v. Bolte, et al., Index No. 154462/2021 (N.Y. Sup. Ct. N.Y. Cnty.), and received a litigation demand made by shareholder Richard Waksman.  On January 27, 2022, the Company executed a Stipulation of Settlement governing both derivative actions and the litigation demand.  On November 3, 2022, the court governing the Pacheco action granted preliminary approval of the settlement.  Links to the text of the Stipulation of Settlement and the Notice of Pendency and Proposed Settlement of Shareholder Derivative Actions are found below.
